Higher education in economy, accounting, finance, mathematics or Computer science;
Experience in processing large datasets, building dashboards and visualization (MS Excel, PQ, DAX, PBI);
Understanding of FMCG business economics;
Experience in Revenue Growth Management, category management, trade marketing will be an advantage;
Experience in analytical work with large volumes of data.
Responsibilities :
Preparing and submitting regular standardized reposts;
Participating in projects to optimize existing business processes and tools;
Analyzing historical sales data and factors influencing sales changes;
Analyzing the best practices in effective interaction with key clients;
Participating in developing projects aimed at improving the accuracy of financial data, increasing reporting speed, and enhancing the automation of report preparation and submission;
Calculating achieved KPIs to determine sales personnel bonus levels;
Conducting promo investment analysis and formulating proposals to improve their effectiveness.
