Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions
This Policy has been drafted in accordance with the Law of the Republic Belarus dated May 7, 2021, No. 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" for JV "Conte Spa" LLC (the Operator) and defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of visitors to the website https://conte.by.

2. Basic Concepts
The document utilizes basic terms in accordance with Law No. 99-Z: automated/non-automated processing, blocking, anonymization, provision, and dissemination of personal data, as well as the definitions of the Operator (JV "Conte Spa" LLC, Grodno, Taxpayer Identification Number (UNP) 590618458) and the User.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Operator
The Operator has the right to receive accurate data and to continue processing on other legal grounds after consent is withdrawn. The Operator is obliged to explain the rights of data subjects, obtain consents, ensure data protection, and respond to inquiries.

4. Rights of Personal Data Subjects
The User has the right to withdraw consent, obtain information regarding data processing and provision to third parties, amend their data, request cessation of processing/deletion, as well as appeal the Operator's actions to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) or in court.

5. Principles of Processing
Data processing is carried out lawfully and fairly, is limited to achieving specific purposes, excludes data redundancy, and lasts no longer than required by the purposes of processing.

6. Purposes and Retention Periods of Processing
The collection of data (Full Name, e-mail, phone number, etc.) is carried out based on the User's consent to provide access to website services and process inquiries for a period until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn (no more than 3 years).

7. Procedure for Collection, Storage, and Erasure
The Operator implements legal and technical data protection measures. Transfer to third parties is possible only in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Data updates and withdrawal of consent are performed by sending an inquiry to the e-mail address: mainoffice@conte.by.

8. Cross-Border Transfer
Cross-border transfer is carried out in compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law on Personal Data (verifying the reliability of rights protection in a foreign state or obtaining consent accompanied by an explanation of potential risks).
